Manuscript / Chapter Submission Guidelines

Authors are requested to carefully read and follow the submission guidelines before submitting their manuscripts.

1. Paper Format

  • Manuscripts must be submitted in MS Word format (.doc/.docx).
  • Paper size: A4, with 1-inch margins on all sides.
  • Font: Times New Roman, size 12 pt, line spacing 5.
  • Title: 14 pt bold, centered.
  • Subheadings: 12 pt bold.
  • References should follow APA / MLA / IEEE format (as applicable).

2. Length of Paper

  • The paper should be between 6 to 15 pages, including references, tables, and figures.

3. Abstract and Keywords

  • Each paper must include an abstract of about 150–250 words and 3–5 keywords.

4. Authorship Details

  • Provide full names, affiliations, email addresses, and ORCID ID (if available) for all authors.
  • The corresponding author should be clearly indicated.

5. Originality and Plagiarism

  • Only original and unpublished work should be submitted.
  • Papers will be screened for plagiarism using reliable software; similarity index should be below 10–15%.

6. Review Process

  • All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review.
  • Review outcomes may include: Accept, Accept with Minor Revisions, Major Revisions, or Reject.

7. Submission Procedure

  • Manuscripts should be submitted via email to: [insert email]or through the online submission portal (if available).
  • Include a cover letter mentioning the paper title, author details, and declaration of originality.

8. Publication Ethics

  • Authors must ensure ethical research conduct, proper citations, and acknowledgment of funding sources.
  • Papers with fabricated data, plagiarism, or unethical content will be rejected.

9. Copyright and Licensing

  • Upon acceptance, authors must submit a copyright agreement form.
  • The publisher retains the right to publish, distribute, and archive the paper.

Guidelines for Submission of Textbook

1. General Instructions

  • The textbook must be an original work authored or edited by the submitting author(s).
  • Submissions must align with the prescribed syllabus or subject area specified by the academic board or institution.
  • The manuscript should be written in clear, grammatically correct language (English, Marathi, or the approved language).
  • Plagiarism will not be tolerated; all submissions will be subject to plagiarism checking software.

2. Format and Structure

  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt (English) / Unicode font (Marathi)
  • Spacing: 1.5 line spacing
  • Page Size: A4 (8.27 x 11.69 inches)
  • Margins: 1 inch on all sides
  • Alignment: Justified

Each chapter should include:

  1. Title of the Chapter
  2. Learning Objectives / Outcomes
  3. Introduction
  4. Main Content (with subheadings)
  5. Summary / Key Points
  6. Exercises / Review Questions
  7. References / Further Reading

3. File Submission

  • Submit the complete manuscript in editable format (.docx or .odt) and a PDF version.
  • Illustrations, tables, and figures should be in high-resolution (300 DPI).
  • Images must be copyright-free or accompanied by written permission.
  • Each figure or table should have a title and source.
  • If multiple authors are involved, clearly indicate the lead author / editor and their contact details.

4. Copyright and Declaration

  • The author must submit a Declaration Form stating that:
    • The work is original and not published elsewhere.
    • Necessary permissions have been obtained for all copyrighted materials.
    • The author transfers limited publishing rights to the institution/publisher.

5. Review and Approval Process

  • Submitted manuscripts will undergo:
    • Technical Review (subject accuracy and content quality)
    • Language Editing (grammar and style)
    • Formatting Review (layout, consistency, and completeness)
  • Authors may be asked to revise and resubmit based on reviewer feedback.

6. Submission Timeline

  • Manuscripts should be submitted on or before the announced deadline.
  • Late submissions will be considered only with prior approval of the textbook committee.
